Madewell

Had the best Madwell experience I've ever had here. Key was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to find me the exact right pair of pants. They were patient with my pickiness and very knowledgable about the fit of each pant. I felt comfortable and welcome by Key and the other staff. I'll continue to pass the Madewell closer to me to come to this location because of the excellent assistance I and my partner received here.

My sister went to shop at Madewell Natick Mall today because she love this brand. She had to return 2 things in the different bill and she bought the hair clips. The staff at the counter so rude and sigh deeply to her and ask her why dont you tell me in the same times. She also want to buy the hair clips, As soon as she picked from the shelf next to the counter and put on the counter to pay that staff said Do you still want to buy this. Her name is Emma D. Its on the date Sat June 17 2023. If you cant be nice to the customer you should not work like this.

The staff is always really nice every time I come in, and helpful if I need to make a return or get a fitting room. Had a good experience here
