Hello! Please read this!
I will be honest, I don't know how the business is run but the people who work here are utterly cruel to anyone they're NOT trying to sell insurance to.
Over five years ago, one of the older men who worked there literally followed me SIX BLOCKS into Natick Central and attempted to confront me at the Bank of America ATM. He tried ripping open the door as I attempted to get cash, but apparently didn't realize the door was locked since you need a credit card to enter.
This is absolutely 100% factual and I will defend every word in a court of law. I've lived near these people for close to a decade and they are the most unfriendly, miserable people that I know. One of the women actually wrote a note on my neighbor's door saying for the dog to stop pooping in their yard when he had been put down for stomach cancer over a month earlier. They also threatened to call the police and have continually threatened the mother of her three children. These people are ruthless and think they can bully everyone around them.
PLEASE, for the love of all things, just find a different insurance company. Any company, it doesn't matter. These are not the friends you are looking for.

I received my auto & home insurance renewal policy couple of weeks ago and noticed my premiums skyrocketed. I have been working with Connell & Curley as my agent for the past few years and so I immediately contacted them. Jay immediately started looking for options and was very helpful! Jay presented couple of good options and I ended up switching. Excellent work overall, Thanks Connell & Curley!

I contacted them 1 month ago for several quotes. Got a call back about my inquiry, which felt like an interview. They wanted to know why, exactly, I was shopping for insurance. I did not know it was a suspicious activity... Just your regular 2 cars family, homeowners, asking for Umbrella and master townhouse insurance on top. I sent them all my policies, with all the info and prices (I started to receive unsolicited insurance offers in my gmail, which I have to clean up all the time to this day, but I can't ping that on them only. Could have been any company I contacted).
So I got 1 single quote for the personal home policy, which was much higher than my current one. And nothing else. Never heard from them again. They don't need your business, I think that's the bottom line. I asked for roughly 6K$ in premium/year worth of insurance to bid, and that was not worth their time. FYI.
