My Wife and I had to get the brakes and rotors fix. JESUS told me to go to the jiffy lube in Natick. So we did. They were flawless! From the price of fixing everything to the time they did it. And how about they found that 2 parts were broken and they fix that it was quick and cheap and flawless. They were all polite patient and purposeful! Service: Brakes

Hello again. Before I can begin to talk about the the quality of the service, I have to say what an awesome job they did helping me over the phone. I called at the beginning of the week and spoke with the manager he was patient polite and purposeful. Then I called back and spoke with Augstin I forgot how to spell his name and he to was patient polite and purposeful. I needed my back brakes and rotors replaced. Now because my Wife and I serve The LIVING GOD, we live on our car so we so we didn't want to have to find somewhere to wait if it was going to take awhile. We went there Friday morning like the manager ask us to do my Wife and I got out handed over the keys to the car and they went to work. In about 2minutes they came back and found that the thing that help you stir had broken off. How about I saw that some days ago but forgot. They saw it as soon as they got under the car. I watched as these men moved as fast as lightening as they took there time and made sure everything was safe and in flawless condition!!! And get this it took less than an hour. The wait was waiting on the parts to be delivered. The price for all that they did was priceless. So go see them for what ever your car needs done. You won't regret it. AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT IT WAS JESUS THAT TOLD US TO GO THE IN THE BEGINNING!!!!
