Firestone Complete Auto Care

My experience was excellent. The only problem I had is when they did my alignment that was already perfect. They offset the tow so the steering wheel was off-center, so I need to go back, other than that everything was fine . The fact that I need to take time out of my day Im not happy about it but Ill still give it a five star rating.

I got a nail in my tire on a snowy cold day. They got me in right away and had it patched with an hour for under $25. Couldnt ask for better service!!!

Came in with a flat. David and crew got me in and out quick and repaired a small damage done by the tow truck! Five stars!!

Take your vehical somewhere else! Called at 8am to make an appointment to get my break pads changed. Dropped the car off around noon as scheduled, told me they would call with a price between an hour and a half to two hours. Never got a phone call. I returned about 3 hours after drop off to find out it was never even brought in. Yet walk in customers got there cars serviced right away without issue. Car sat there for over almost 4 hours and did not move. Asked if i wanted to return the next day and i was unavailable to do so. The service man laughed like it was a joke... As i was leaving i spoke with two other customers who sat there for over 5 hours for a simple oil and filter change who were just as upset! Dont waste your time or money with this place.

Great service, fair price. I like the feature that you can select tires and book an appointment on their website.
