        I had to replace my 8 plus iPhone because my son gave me an Apple Watch for Christmas which was not Compatible. Met Selena and made the process so easy to get a new phone and accessories. She was a pleasure to work with and I was impressed by her knowledge and professionalism.

        The absolute worst customer service. I traded my phone in, but ATT has no record of it being received. I have been paying for it for months now. I was told to call the store by AT&T to get clarification on the problem. The manager was rude and condescending. Did not offer to help and ultimately hung up when I told him he was being rude. Ive never experienced such poor customer service. Theyll be nice to get the sale and take your money. But forget terrible service after the sale. Do not go here.
