He was IMMENSELY helpful in resolving a carrier connectivity problem with an iPhone 14 Pro Max that I had bought my son for his birthday. Rashad was very professional, patient and explained all the options that we have for our family plan going forward. Customer service at its finest. THANK YOU !!!
