Mega Disposal

This company is terrible and in no way shape or form should my towns collection contract. My entire street of 37 houses signed a petition to have them removed. I cant recommend everyone doing the same enough. Its the only way were going to get rid of this joke of a waste company. Get a petition going and bring it to your next town meeting. Lets oust this pathetic company that clearly hires drivers with zero experience. My street is covered in papers and recycling because your driver feels the need to keep the truck rolling as he emptys each can. If youre as unsatisfied as I am dont stay silent. Call the company and complain. Call when they miss your pick up, call when they dump trash all over your street. Make it so they have no choice to either improve themselves or GTFO

Company is trash. I was behind the a waste truck when trash/rocks came shooting out the truck and damaged my windshield. I have called and emailed multiple of times. They keep giving me the run around & stating there trucks don't carry rocks! I emailed a "manager" named Kevin Dugas with pictures twice & no respond. Sad that companies do not care about anything anymore, just money hungry.

I've called every Monday 10 weeks in a row left countless messages and emails with no response . Very poor customer service from management not the customer service representatives because they do what they are supposed to . After t years with this company looking elsewhere .I would not recommend them to anyone at all.

I would give less than one star if I could. Imagine a large company that denies any liability when one of their trucks drives by with debris hanging out and hits a brand new truck. We have a witness and pictures and all they have done is deny. They did not even want to work with us, even the smallest bit, and simply ignored our emails and calls, and the one email they answered they snubbed us and acted as if we were in the wrong and they could simply care less. Watch out for Mega truck No. 160 And keep in mind this is not a company that wants to do whats right, they are a company that wants to sweep everything under the rug.
