As a parent dealing with the courts for the first time, it was very nerve wracking, frustrating and confusing but with Richards professionalism, knowledge and efficiency, He made the whole process a lot smoother. At times of panic getting in touch with Richard was very easy and he always took his time to explain and reassure me of things and put me at ease. It was a long two year battle and this man went above and beyond and fought til the very end for me and met all my expectations and more. Hes personable, very straight forward and sometimes a comedian! But will always keep you in the loop during every step of the process. I highly, highly recommend him!

My husband hired Richard Rose at HealyFiske for his custody case. His custody case has been high conflict, challenging, and lengthy since his child was born. He has had more than one lawyer throughout the process, all falling short of Richard's strengths. Richard is kind, understanding, approachable, and unlike any other lawyer he has used. He talks to you like you are a real person, he doesn't nickel and dime you for every single interaction, and he will work with you on ways you can help him, help you, save money. He communicates, well. The process can be mind numbing, difficult to understand, and anxiety ridden, Richard eases all of those feelings with his knowledge of the process, empathy, communication, and tact. He has helped our family in immeasurable ways, and has gotten my husband more time with his daughter than would have ever been possible without him, simply because he knows what he is doing and unlike most lawyers we have worked with or have met he cares about your family. Being a young family man himself makes him relatable to our case and probably yours too. He will be the best dressed person in the court room, he remains professional, and cool as a cucumber even when the opposing attorney is having a hissy fit because they didn't do their own paperwork correctly.
