Leya and her manager were absolutely fantastic! I came in there in a full on panic! My phone had completely shut down and I was in the middle of a very important work meeting. Although they closed in five minutes, they spent an additional 45 minutes getting me set up with a new one. Truly A+++ service.

Do not waste your time like we did and go to another location.
We went into this store on January 12th and only today March 6th have finally resolved a multi-month billing issue that stemmed from a trade-in that was not properly processed by the agents at this store.
The customer service at this location is abysmal and the staff behave inappropriately with the customers - I cannot believe grown adults need to be told not to reach out to clients for personal reasons? Every employee at this store should have to go through a re-training on how to do the basic functions of their job because they demonstrated clearly they are not aware of how to do them.

Very satisfied with Mikhail Daniels. Felt welcomed and he introduced all options that were available for my issue. Issue was resolved seamlessly.

Would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. Absolutely terrible experience. Two weeks after buying a new phone my phone started saying it could not connect to cellular. I was clearly given a lemon. I went to get a replacement and was told I would need to pay $200 because I didnt have the original box. The phone breaking was not my fault and the employee who sold it to me was too busy telling me that he was cutting carbs from his diet to remember to tell me I should keep the box for 30 days in case their terrible store gives me a phone that breaks in two weeks. Will never go back and Im considering switching wireless providers because if the experience I had. The store is run by slimy people who want to rob you blind by charging unnecessary amounts. And since they needed the box so badly Im convinced they were going to resell my phone and pretend it was new. Lastly, the store had three people waiting yet the three guys working were in the back on the phone with one of their girlfriends they were fighting with. Kept saying she texted me Im sorry and proceeded to have the girl on speaker. So unprofessional.
