I met with, Jenna from this law firm for about 20minutes, gave her a $1500 check for her to potentially represent me in probate court. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to hire her due to my not getting a check I was waiting for. This was in August of 2023, she refuses to send me my money back, despite me calling weekly, sometimes bi-weekly. Her secretary, Giuseppe just ignores my calls, despite his promise to call me back after speaking with her. She has no basis for keeping my money, nor is she entitled to it. Im not going away, you didnt earn my $1,500. Imagine that, a lawyer who is keeping my money for doing absolutely nothing? Beware, do not give these ppl any money, unlesss you are 100% gonna be able to pay them in full and have them work for their money. They will refuse to give you a penny back. Time for a civil case against this clown. This is not a good look for you. Maybe I should hire an actual lawyer to sue her for my $1,500. Scumbag !

Do NOT use this firm for estate planning or anything else if you want to be treated with an ounce of respect. When my mother died Leo Cushing did a horrific job! Thank God we are done with him. Except for filing a complaint about his conduct.

Couldn't get any worse than this. After family member pass's away and we contact them 4x to assist with the estate, we received zero reply via email or phone. They wrote the original estate plan, so apparently being an existing customer means nothing. RUN from this joke of a law firm and never give them your money. They should all be disbarred.

Catherine Aloisi is one of the most compassionate and professional attorneys I'd had the opportunity to work with. Her legal expertise mixed with true empathy really sets her apart. Cushing and Dolan is fortunate to have her.
