I made the visit for the first time and the doctor was a good listener and I went to follow up. He did not hear what I was saying and he always said let us move on before I finished speaking and there was not a single patient in the clinic who could do so quickly.

Nothing above average regarding the level of care-but the one star is because I was charged for an annual physical and when I called the office to inquire why, I was told of an issue that I brought up which was completely fabricated. When I called the billing department, they read me a different issue which was also a complete fabrication. Its clear they were just trying to bill the insurance company (and me) for what should have been a covered visit. The office manager said she was unable to remove the charge so I would have to go through my insurance company. Extremely unethical.

Got over charged paid my bill on portal from April Then got a collection notice for that same bill in September. Increased my lipitor to 40 mgs had bad side effects then says cut the dose in half see if that helps lol BmI is high sorry love my curves I'm healthy

Dr. Yoo is an excellent PCP. He listens, hes very professional, hes calm, and simply put - I felt comfortable meeting with him. Id recommend him to any of my closest friends and family members. The staff is very helpful and nice as well.
