It was my first time renting a car and Mr Devante Proctor was kind enough to take care of my requests and also explained me everything patiently. Ive already rented the car twice now, in Jan as well as Feb. It was a good experience overall. Thank you.

My entire experience at Enterprise was amazing! Ben was on top of everything and reached out frequently to check in on my rental. Would definitely recommend the branch on Park Ave in Worcester.

The customer service was on point. Jaden and Jared made this a very quick but effective process. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, I would totally recommend everyone this location. Their team is very welcoming and professional.

No recommend unless you want to have time to waste having to search for a different location after waiting and getting a "sorry we don't have a car today". It's unfortunate that with so many location within minutes of themselves these unprofessional group of people can organize their simple fleet inventory. 2...
