Trevor and the entire team at Guild Mortgage are one of a kind. They went above and beyond anything I could have asked for, from their friendliness, responsiveness, and easing any and all worries I had throughout the process. In particular, I was worried how Trevor and the team would react to a previous name change that came up during the application process, but I didn't need to worry at all. They treated me just the same as anyone else. As an LGBT borrower, I felt respected throughout the entire process. My original lender pulled out 3 days prior to my closing date. I was referred to Trevor and the Guikd team and they were beasts. Their level of support and efficiency were top-notch. I closed and went on record before Christmas! They were always available and ready to respond to any questions or concerns.

We purchased our first home in September of 2023, Trevor was recommended to us by our realtor. When buying your first home you have many questions, Trevor was there to answer them for us. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Trevor and his team were very responsive and communicated very well. I couldnt recommend anyone more!
