Guild was amazing. Working with Chad and Carol was a delight. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had always heard about how miserable the process was but that was not my experience. They made it really easy and were so helpful and attentive to all of my needs. They were patient with me and helped me with any questions along the way. Would absolutely recommend working with Guild.

My parents couldnt use a better financial institution to finance their mortgage. The entire team is great and the whole process was smooth and not overwhelming. 100% recommended and I cannot wait to apply for a mortgage with them when my time comes.

I highly recommend Chad and his team. They were great through the hole process. I wasn't sure I could buy a single family home, I was only looking to purchase a one bedroom condo I was living in. I asked if it was possible to get a pre approval for a single family and they were so helpful and worked with me through everything and answered every question I had. Nothing but good things to say.
