        Went in person to receive help with my missing package, the employee in the front said my tracking code didn't work, gave me attitude and refused to help me any further when the tracking code works just fine on the USPS website. I called the USPS customer support and they said the tracking code works just fine and sent me a Missing Mail Search Request. I received a call from this post office to call back and they never picked up the phone once even though I called over 7 times within the span of two days. Worst customer service experience I ever had.

        Was told my undeliverable certified mail was going to take 6 days to return. Was told they would mail it back, did not tell me I had to be there to sign for it. Was left a slip stating unable to return, called the post office because I was confused and frustrated and was told to go to the main post office on Central st. To pick it up. Went there only to be told I had to go to the Greendale branch to pick it up!!!! Horrible service.
