        The lady working there about a month ago was extremely rude. I bought a label printer because I was told I can leave prepaid packages at the counter. She was in a bad mood one day and was pissed that I was going to leave the package there. I would have been happy to wait in line if that is how it is supposed to be but just make the rules more clear.

        Really poor customer service over a few visits. Repeatedly (and condescendingly) told I dont know when asking for a reason why multiple things werent working (qr code printing, two day shipping guaranteed at three day shipping despite it costing more to get two day) and little to no effort into problem solving the issue or attempting to look into the matter. Wont return to this location.
