Current client of Nexus Worcester I started with the Rent4U program (a la carte tenant fills for vacant units), and was so impressed that I took them on full-time less than 6 months later. Since then Nick, Jesse and Jim were able to solve some complicated problems for me and did a great job managing my portfolio.

Amazing service! Clients I refer to Nexus are over the moon, not only their expertise in the field, but also taking time out of their day to consult with Landlords about what to address in vacant units, but also getting them top dollar for the apartments. Ive tried to link up with over 15+ property management companies, but Nexus was by far the most transparent (prices are even on their website) and honest about everything they do. I am lucky to be able to work with Nexus.

I dont know any other property management company that Id recommend more than Nexus. Reliable and trustworthy. Theyve been such a huge part of the success of my business. As a real estate broker I need a property manager to refer my clients to and its always nexus for me. Special thanks to Greg and his team!! Id give 10 stars if it was an option especially after dealing with so many awful management companies.
