PMI they are the best. They respond right away to solve any problems we got in our residence. Our thermostat was not functioning well they were there to fix it right away and today my son locked himself and they were there to solve the issue. Thank you very much Brain and Mark

Ive never known what its like to have a truly considerate property management company until I found myself working with PMI. From the initial showing, to the move in process, and any maintenance that came after, Brian and Alex have both gone above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service. Special shout out to the two of them for dropping everything when there was an issue installing our new washing machine! When the delivery company left with the problem unsolved, the two of them immediately came over to figure out the solution themselves. To prospective tenants, go for it.

Brian W. from PMI EXCEEDS our expectation!!! We are an experienced rental property owner but this is our first time purchasing an investment property in the Worcester area. Thanks to all the positive reviews about PMI Worcester, we reached out to learn more about them, and we are SUPER HAPPY with our decision. 1. The turnaround time from the initial call to Brian to meeting him at the property to prepare for the listing took less than 1 week, and I appreciate the fact that Brian was being very flexible to meet us at a time that's more convenient to us. 2. He was on time (in fact 10 min early on a Sat morning!) when he first met us and I thought that said a lot of about his professionalism! 3. He is honest, very experienced and knowledgable about the business - what I also like about PMI is that they take care of any maintenance issues for the tenants which are huge for us! We also had small tasks for the property and Brian took care of those for us without having us to make several trips. 4. They are SUPER thorough to help the owners to find the right candidates - while the rental income is important, Brian also points out other qualitative aspects that an owner should consider which I really appreciate that. What I also like about Brian is that he would meet each potential tenant so he can get some personal interactions with them to see if it would be the right fit for the owner. It took us one weekend to find our tenant - thanks to Brian's great work!!! 5. I have been in the client service industry for many years and I thought Brian's client services are exceptional - he is responsive, takes the time to answer your questions (and I asked a lot of questions) and you can tell he really takes care of his clients and serves their best interest. Overall - we are VERY happy with Brian & PMI and highly recommend him and the firm to others!
