        THE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR ROSS CHAPMAN WAS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL AND INCONSIDERATE PERSON TO DEAL WITH. HE MADE A CONTRACTOR WAIT 5 HOURS TO DO A REINSPECTION WHICH WAS NOT NEEDED IF HE HAD DONEIT RIGHT. THE FIRST TIME AND LOOKED WHERE HE SHOULD HAVE. IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING TO HAVE THIS A REPRESENTATIVE OF OUR TOWNSHIP STAFF. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND EMBARRASSED THAT WE LIVE IN BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP ANNA FLYNN AND WINTHROP WALKER
