        Office staff were friendly and prepared for my visit. Spent time getting pertinent medical information. Saw Dr. Fred Novice who is funny and so careful not to push any unnecessary treatments. Got support for ongoing issues and some cosmetic care. In and out of this clean office in less than 45 min.
