I always appreciate visiting Dr. Novice's office. His staff is highly professional and organized. Additionally, I feel like my concerns are always taken care of in a respectful manner - love going to this place for all my derm needs!

I've been going to Dr. Novice for 15 years. He's always knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I recommend him and his office to everyone!

Dr. Fred Novice is the best! I had gone to a different dermatologist for years and was never fully satisfied with the patient care I was receiving, until a friend of mine recommended I try seeing Dr. Novice. In my first visit he quickly and painlessly removed a growth from my nose that two previous dermatologists had previously struggled to treat. Novice Group Dermatology is patient care at its finest!

Great at forehead Botox, not so great at fillers. I came back 3 times over 4 months to get my undereyes done, and now 3 months later there is no difference to before, except I think my face actually looks older. Undereye hollow filler is supposed to last at least 2 years, it hasn't lasted 6 months. In the first appointment he also insisted to do my cheeks even though I did not want it (it was "to support the under eye filler" so I trusted his judgement), it was so bad I had to fly back to get the filler removed (he didn't even offer to reimburse my flight). Not sure what I spent couple thousand dollars on? My face actually looks older than before I tried to do filler. Disappointing result and feels like I wasted money.

I would absolutely not recommend.  This place is what we call 'shady' and they will use the power of manipulation to get 'forced' into treatments.  This happened to me during a consult and they never took pre-pics at all and have you pay by the amount they use.  This is where it's confusing and well, unethical.  They advised me they were using one brand of product and then never applied it where I had stressed my concern for its application.  Then the doctor kept quickly turning away to grab a new needle to 'inject' with and made mention how nobody can look as good as him.; not sure if they was meant to be taken jovially but did not appear so.   There was no difference and my intuition felt very at unease during the process.  I had called numerous times to follow up after receiving a statement with a different product listed, which also costs more and used for a completely different area than what they were using it for, and was told by a couple of people that the amount used was more and then less and then more.  Played tag with the doctor to call and have never been spoken down to ever by someone that is considered an expert.   He said I needed a 'whole lot more' which is funny because again, they don't take before or after pics to compare work and nothing was different.  This is a place that I would not recommend at all.  I was advised a refund would be given, and should, and that I could have walked out 'whenever' which is not true.  They are true salesman here, ones that don't even know what car they are selling and to whom.  Very unprofessional, messy, and again, shady.  Do you want a medical doctor doing this to you?  Go elsewhere.  Please.
