Riemer Floors

We just recently worked with Tim for new carpeting in our home. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly through the process. He made sure we were well taken care of and ensured we chose the best product for what we wanted while respecting our financial boundaries. He was patient and caring. The carpets were installed in a timely manner to meet our deadline and look fantastic. We will definitely be looking to work with Tim again in the future for any flooring needs. Thanks!

My neighbor used Riemer Floors to install luxury vinyl floors in her condo. She highly recommended their services and I decided to have them install my hardwood floors also. Jillian was my sales representative and when I spoke to her I could tell she would be thorough and timely in her responses. I was not disappointed. When my crew arrived they got right to work and assessed what needed to be done. I had followed Jillians instructions about removing loose items from the rooms so furniture could be moved around efficiently. They discovered after removing the carpet that it would be necessary to install a new subfloor and there would be an additional cost. This was explained to me and I approved knowing that hardwood must be installed properly to last a lifetime. Handled very professionally by the work crew, Jillian and staff. Within 2 days an old subfloor was torn out, a new one put in, and the beautiful hardwood was completely installed. Im thrilled with my new floors! The craftsmanship is awesome and cleanup was perfect. I highly recommend this company and their entire staff.

Very disappointing. I called Riemer. My understanding was that Riemer Floors has been in business for many years, which is why we contacted them for a proposal. Since we were working the manufacturer we knew exactly what we wanted. We thought the process was suppose to be simple. The salesman we spoke with (Zach?) was quick to provide a price over the phone, which we thought was fair assuming he was "qualifying" us genuine purchasers. He did come out and measured our room and promised a phone call with his recommendation as well as a proposal. He did call, and presented a number which was double the number he quoted over the phone. We asked for him to send a written proposal since Riemer was the first company we called. He ghosted us. No proposal. We have since moved to a more responsive and eager company to prove the needed services.

We have used Riemer Floors, working with Kimberly Riemer, on a number of occasions, most recently to replace the carpet in my Mother's condo. Kimberly worked within our budget to find just the right product for our needs. The installers, Ole and his coworker, did an excellent job and were very respectful of the environment in which they were working. I will always use Riemer Floors and Kimberly Riemer for any future flooring needs.

I recently went to Riemer Floors! WOW! Talk about professional from when I first walked in the door a reception is greeted me. Within 3 minutes, a new young salesperson, Chris Was there to help me from the beginning to the end. He was patient, helpful,and kind Seeing it was the first time I was buying carpet. There are so many choices what a beautiful showroom and and not pushy. Chris came out promptly to measure my 2 rooms. My choices were made. In a short. Of time. Before you knew it. Kevin was installing my amazing plush carpet. I also had requested a recommendation for a vacuum cleaner for such plush carpet. Before I knew it Chris was delivering one to my work amazing! I love my new carpet and even more. So the Riemer family did a wonderful job. THANK YOU PAUL!
