Chris is a fantastic sales person. He has an eye for design and helped me to make a beautiful choice for my carpet. He answered all of my many questions quickly and accurately. He went out of his way to come back to my house a second time with samples he thought I'd appreciate. I cannot say enough good things about Riemer Floors and Chris. He's certainly an asset to their outstanding team!

Put a request in for a quote of both tile flooring and carpet for two different spaces in our home. Was contacted right away for someone to come out and measure. The appointment was for March 8th. Today is the 21st and I am still waiting for a quote on the tile flooring. Delay was due to their "awesome 3 day sale". As for the quote on the carpet, there seemed to be a problem with moving furniture. Sure, we can move furniture, but........ I have never experienced this before. I am shocked at the good reviews for this company. I would never recommend them to anyone. As for my quote for tile, I let the associate know that I'm moving forward with another company. One that actually measures and quotes me within one day of the appointment.

From the moment I walked into the store, this process for replacing the carpet on my stairs was seamless. Pun intended! Very professional, very friendly and Kevin the installer was wonderful to work with. I will definitely use them again and again

Chris was great to work with. We came in not knowing what we wanted and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We love our new carpet! It looks even better than expected. The install team was really nice and professional. Couldnt be happier!
