        I am very disappointed, ordered online. Went to pickup up. Was told to go to the garden department and check in to have an associate help load up my bags of garden supplies. I did 4 times ! Waited, waited. Checked in again. Waited and waited! 25 minutes. Finally i had enough and loaded up my own merchandise. No one ever came to help. Shameful. Don't shop at Lowes often, now I know why. So sad. Shame on you.
