The tech arrived on time, and he was very professional, polite, and thorough. When I explained the problem, he was attentive and he provided options. I have had Wiltec Plumbing team out to work on our home several times now, and they are always very clean, courteous, and thorough with both their explanations and the neatness and cleanliness of their work. We are in an older home with mostly original piping that is reaching its end of life from so many decades of use, and they have they been willing to work with me on planning and pricing for the scope of the work we've needed to make sure we have a great experience every time we call for service. Wiltec Plumbing is the best! I use them for all my plumbing needs. They have fixed toilets for me, changed out shower heads, installed new toilets etc... Everytime I have been more than satisfied with their work. What I love also are 2 more things, they are very responsive to phone calls and text messages and they always show up on time. If you need any plumbing work you won't be disappointed by using Wiltec Plumbing.
