        They were able to fit my dog in quickly for her UTI. Getting her started on meds so quickly helped her recovery.

        Ive been coming to this vet office for a very long time and I have a cat that is sick and does not do well with people, so I called them to see if they could get her in and their reasoning was were sorry were booked to go to emergency vet. I read the reviews on people and they said the same thing That whats the point of being a long Customer if all they do is defer, I cant afford an emergency vet visit that is why I called to get my cat in. Yes the cat hasnt been since 2016 but I have had multiple dogs for the past 18 years. I tried to bring her on Saturday and again your office told me you were booked!!!! We disappointed on how this was handled.

        We love cat care at Deporre - aside from life-saving diagnoses and referrals 3 times with our Bengal over the past 12 years (hip dysplasia, bowel obstruction, and a lung mass), we can call for last-minute nail trim appointments with their techs - MJ Johnson squeezed us in over the weekend and was soooo great with our finicky cats!

      We are sorry that you feel this way. One of our licensed veterinary technicians spoke to you at 4:00 pm on Friday. The history presented to us for your cat included vomiting after eating for the past 24 hours and potential ingestion of plastic wrappers. We were also informed that we would need to fully sedate your pet once here due to its temperament (we haven't seen your feline friend since 2016). Our veterinarian recommended going to emergency in the best interest of your pet. We would not be open long enough to properly care for your pet and provide advanced treatments including surgery if that was indicated. We hope that your pet received care and is feeling better.
