I have lived here almost 2 years and I have to say the maintenance crew has definitely stepped up their game and addressing issues in a professional and timely manner. The management team is going in a very positive direction and its good to see what they are doing. I have checked out several other places and personally you wont find a better community.

I'm the second year resident here because of location and nice apt. But I'm so sick of the service. I called and emailed many many times to the property manager asking for return my deposit, but still no progress since September. You can never reach out to anyone in leasing office by calling them-1 out of 100 calls may work. They mess up my bills, I call them, no one ever picks up the phone.....

We lived here for a year. Moved out in August 31st 2023. We gave them the requested 45 day notice of move out. We cleaned the apartment to a better condition than we got it. Its has been over 55 days and they have not sent us an invoice or our security deposit back. I have called multiple times, theres no email to contact. I keep getting told the property manager isnt in and will call me back for the past 3 weeks. This is ridiculous, we will file a claim with small claims court if this doesnt get resolved ASAP. Also the apartments are way too expensive for what you get, thats why we left.
