I have lived at Canton Club for 3 years. Overall, Ive had a positive experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance is quick and efficient with repairs. The staff works hard to maintain a well kept property.

The office staff is friendly and the maintenance manager, Keyon, is basically Superman. Hes fast to respond and fix things and is probably one of the most pleasant people Ive ever met.

Great place to live! Keyon/Maintenance is why our little community looks so great he takes such good care of the property!! He always shows up within 20-30 when you have an issue. Always kind and asking if you need anything!! Thank you for all your hard work!!! Linda

My experience at Canton Club has been extremely positive!
The maintenance experience has been very professional and with excellent skill and timeliness.
The respect and knowledge coupled with genuine kindness is to be noted !
My personal rating for Mr. Ken is above and beyond the the scale.
Every property management team needs a Mr. Ken on site .
Mr. Ken is very efficient and passionate about doing His Job with A Spirit of Excellence.
On a scale of 1 to 10 I give him gladly
Mr. Ken executes his tasks to the highest level , and his follow up is on point !
