I am am the first unit by the water... and I know I am living days in my life that are unforgettable for how peacefully it is.
Micha& Robert,from the office, very wonderful , I love them so much.
Not trying to say good things since I live here .
Yes it is expensive..but I am very happy.
If you are here you are lucky.
One the things that I like ..I give the gueese food almost daily and I enjoy that. It makes me even happier and more peaceful.

We have lived here for just under 6 months and are incredibly disappointed with how things have been. Within a month a deer was found dead behind our unit and management decided it would be best to just drag it into the woods to let it decay instead of calling someone to come get it for $500. 93 units times an average of $2500 per unit equals $232,500 A MONTH and they couldn't spend $500 to dispose of it the right way!?!?
The rules listed in the lease agreement aren't enforced very well. Pets roam around off leash, poop can be found almost anywhere ($100 fine if you don't pick it up), trash cans aren't stored in garages like required and heaven forbid if the power goes out and you use a generator to try to save your food you'll have the police called on you for it!! Because a generator is considered an "explosive device" found under paragraph 17 of the lease agreement with all the rules for fireworks. Not to mention the drinker that either walks or drives around here littering the ground around the dogs stations with cans of white claw!!
I could go on but there's no point. My advice is if you like blowing $2500 a month this is the place. If not there's better places for $1500 to $1800 per month that offer more amenities like security systems, pools, workout facility and more.
