Comerica Bank

I was here today 4/10/24 to cash a payroll check. Marcella was the one taking care of me. She did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. Bright bubbly personality and pretty also. I think she deserves a raise and promotion, maybe even part ownership in the bank.

Had trouble depositing with the atm it would take 4-5 business days for checks to clear and when I tried to make withdrawals from the same atm at this location it has not worked several times. I get charged whenever I dont have direct deposit set up. They wont let me open a savings account. It took like a week to get a debit card as opposed to same day when I went elsewhere. Ive had very little good experiences with this bank. Youre always fighting for your own money here its not worth it look else where many other good options

Lady working the line would take our Id and information walk away and never come back, good thing the machine will send it back after awhile
