        The website is good except some functions require an excessive number of clicks to complete an action.Also being color blind it took getting use to selecting an item and having it turn a certain color to take action. Customer service is excellent, the Canton Branch is top notch for service and very friendly and helpful.

        Walked in asking to open a credit card and to help build my credit to buy a house this summer, lady rushed me through the app didnt explain much to me about what she was putting on there. 2 days go by before I receive a email saying my application is denied with no explanation or phone call. They also did not give me any other options for this now I waisted my time going in opening a checking account just for the application to get denied. Now I gotta waist more time coming in to close this account out.

        The "In Person" service that I received at the Canton branch was excellent, but trying to do the same thing (buying a CD) at your customer service phone line was an unmitigated disaster.
