Had a great experience with Karpet Mart. Len helped me find a great carpet that fit my needs and budget. He was very responsive, always returned calls promptly. The installer was on time, expedient, and did a quality job! Would highly recommend.

Second time working with Len and Karpet Mart and everything went pretty smoothly. Two day job in the basement, vinyl wood floors and carpet. No real issues and Len got us the product we wanted.

What a great experience buying carpet! Len came to my home with a large selection of carpet for me to choose from. There were no crazy sales pitches. He informed me on what kind of carpet would work best for me (I have 2 golden retrievers)and let me pick my color while he measured the rooms I was getting carpet for. This was the easiest carpet purchase I have ever had. Prices were excellent and my new carpet looks beautiful. The installers were there on time and did a great job. And Len followed up after the installers left to make sure I was happy. I will definitely use this company again and refer them to friends and family.

False Advertising. There is no Carpet Store at this address. Wasted my time driving here.

Overall our experience was great. Len came to our house for a consult and showed us a variety of options for both carpet and flooring. We ultimately went with just vinyl plank flooring and the estimate was very reasonable. It did take a while for the flooring to be delivered but we made it clear we weren't in a hurry so this did not bother us. Len was good at returning my texts and answering questions. He let us know the status of our project when we asked, all in a timely fashion. Installation took two days and there were a few things that needed to be fixed, but the installer was quick to return and did a nice job addressing our issues. We are very pleased with the job and will be enjoying our floors for years to come.
