    I twice did business with them, once when they had the store and again when they didn't. The experience the first time was fine. However, when we called them back to do some basement flooring work after the store part of the business had closed, the service was horrendous. Calls were returned several days later, I couldn't get any questions answered and once they actually started the project, they made it sound like the job was a huge inconvenience to them, constantly talking about how much more difficult it was than anticipated. The only reason we didn't tell them to bag it is because of how much cheaper they were than other quotes we had gotten, but that may have not even been worth the trouble.

    Flooring was upgraded since they were out of what we wanted.  The carpet itself is fine and we are happy with our choice.  In store experience was fine.  This is why I give them 2 stars not 1.The install date was missed with zero communication.  2 day job turned into a 4 day job.  Furniture was damaged, walls were damaged, our vacuum was broken.  I would RUN not walk away from this place.  I recommend doing some research and finding someone better in the area.  I was dumb and thought this place was good based on the comment cards in store.  I think I will head up there and post this review.  Please save yourselves the heartache from dealing with these jokers.

    Eric was helpful in store and with samples. However, I returned to the store requesting a quote via email for tile and carpet for my church and never received it. Called three times, emailed once. Each time I was told he'd send it. Last call I asked him to fax it. Still nothing after two weeks of chasing him.  Went to Beaver Tile in Farmington Hills and got everything I needed in 15 minutes.

    Zero stars! Customer service was terrible. We ordered carpet and were told 10 business days. After 15 business days we finally called them and were told carpet would be in soon. Never heard from them unless we called ourselves. Finally set up an installation date only to have someone call the day before and say it had to be pushed back. This happened three times until eventually a month had passed and we still didn't have our carpet! Each time it was without apology, just a different excuse that usually contradicted the previous excuse they had given us. They had no problem cashing my thousand dollar deposit in a timely manner, though. Eventually I'd had enough so I called to cancel the order and get my money back. The sales person didn't even put up a fight, which tells me they didn't really care about our business anyways.
