        If I could give zero stars I would, I have never been treated so disrespectfuly as I was by Jordan at the sales office. As a paying customer I should not feel duped or laughed at in my face for asking questions. It felt as if as soon as the purchase agreement was signed we were nothing. As a first time home buyer there were things that I did not understand and instead of gidenace I received trickery and mockery. I also Left a message for the VP of sales before Christmas and yet to hear back. Everyone else Darren, Prohome rep, electrical design were all wonderful to work with and very pleasant to Communicate with. Just sad that the first person in the office sets the tone.

        Jordan is horrible, us and many of our friends looked into Lombardo for building our home and were all treated very rudely by him. He is racist and very condescending. I highly recommend staying away from this community because of him. We decided against Lombardo for the sole reason of Jordan. If they can hire people like him, we do not wish to have any part of that. UPDATE: i left multiple VM for the VP of sales and never heard back - horrible look and customer service for the entire company. Stay away if you value your money.
