    Michelle in admissions was absolutely unprofessional. After informing her we wanted to admit our grandfather she informed us his insurance would only cover 7-10 days and quoted us the price per day after coverage ends. She then made a broad statement about foreigners dont pay after coverage ends. She assumed that we wouldnt pay after coverage would end and we were denied admission all together. Absolutely ridiculous for her to assume we wouldnt have the money to pay or would choose not to. Shame on her and the organization!

    If I could give zero stars I would. If you have a loved one at this place or are thinking to send them here. I advise you DO NOT bring them here! They neglect, and abuse the elder! Please Tell me how a 84 year old woman unable to walk or care for herself ends up with multiple fractures new and old! and breaks on her arms and legs.? The doctors even find this suspicious and advised us to find my grandma a new place and to never send her back there. She is currently in the hospital healing. We are working with a lawyer to get this taken care of I hope to god this place gets shut down and the people who think they will get away with this will get what's coming to them.. these people do not care! They barely are able to lift a hand to feed,change,or shower the elder, yet they are willing to just toss them on the beds like rag dolls. These people are incompetent, dishonest, disrespectful, and careless. Again please take your loved ones somewhere they will be taken care of because all they are doing to them is killing them slowly. .. Your welcome Regency of canton for being as polite as Im am with this review, trust me this is nothing compared to how I really feel about you monsters.

    Overall, my Mothers six month stay was managed very well. There were some minor issues for comment, but lets talk about the major factors regarding her stay. The Cherry Hill Nursing Staff (special acknowledgment for Connie and Nina) and CNA Teams ( special acknowledgment to Sassy, Chip) toiled to make my Mother comfortable and mange her many physical challenges. A special appreciation to Laurie, unit clerk, for always coming through with my Mothers transportation to and from various doctors appointments. The Cherry Hill Team did a great job under staffing impacts, supply chain issues, and patient per Nurse and CNA. The Administration Team was fantastic in helping me navigate the Skilled nursing facility waters. The Accounts Receivable Team (Micki and Rodell) were key in making my Mothers stay possible with fantastic guidance. The BEST Team and kind hearted professionals making a difference. I would also like to thank Frank and Todd for all facets of facility support and direct support for room and equipment changes to support my Mother. Now, I would definitely like to applaud and THANK Ms. Amy Swalwell, Administrator for being considerate and making decisions to support my Mothers stay and rehabilitation over the six month period. I also wanted to THANK all the Other Regency Team Members in supporting my Mothers stay. As a suggestion for improvements, please work on dietary choses for client-specific needs; a lot of sugar in the breakfast cycle. I dont know the numbers, but Cienna Corp should reassess the budget and provide the Staff raises for their hard work and efforts. You got a Great Team of professional that work extremely hard to support Regencys residents. Thank you All for your support.
