5 stars for JOEY L. SADLER -- I am managing some property and wanted to start by cleaning, repairing areas of water damage(leaks, water infrastructure), and removing pests from the premises. Joey was our serviceman for pest control and let me tell you he did a phenomenal job with communication and scheduling, thorough service in pest management and even afterwards in pest prevention. The estimated timelines of what to expect in terms of management of pest reduction/complete removal were very accurate. He handled a large number of square feet and many different rooms thoroughly, including moving some sizeable furniture and appliances which some residents had forgot to move (which he easily could have said "That's not the service i provide" and refused to service those rooms, but he didn't say that, he just went above and beyond and moved them). He works and moves like an older very experienced man but also he works and moves pretty quick like a young man. He's also really personable and is generous with advice if you respectfully ask him for maintenance guidance and tips. Needless to say after his services, the property doesn't have pest issues anymore. TL;DR Very professional gentleman who i would recommend others to get service from.

paid them to catch skunk from under deck and to put dig defense down. Traps had to be re baited because each time the bait was gone and no animal was in there. a few weeks later i smell a dead rodent through my dryer vent thats by the deck. called march 27th, was told my appt was the 29th. no show, turns out it wasnt set. I put in a request for the manager to contact me and to send a different technician other than Brendan. manager never contacted me but Brendan contacted and let me know he would be out Tues April 2nd. He claims its nothing dead back there and that its something bigger in the field, which is a lie.i asked him could it be in the vent and he said its unlikely, he just did not wanna do the job. i cant even dry my clothes because of the rotten smell. i put in for the manager to call multiple times and had customer service reps even email and no response. it feels like this made my problem worse. at this point im feeling like getting another company to remove the animal and take them to small claims court because this is ridiculous, 2 weeks of trying to get this problem solved

The service technician is friendly, personable, and professional. He seems very knowledgeable with his job! The communication provided by the service technician before and after the job were excellent! Great feedback provided!
