Called yesterday with my gutter issue and today my problem is solved thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable service I received this afternoon. They put my roof on 4 yrs ago and came highly recommended then and I have and will recommend them for any of the services they offer. Good professional company.

I had a roof installed on my large house and it turned out great. Pete, my salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. He followed up with me several times to make sure I was informed of progress and satisfied with the job. The day after the crew finished I had some minor concerns and they immediately sent out a very experienced team member who made sure everything was perfect. They sent another person to carefully go over the entire perimeter of the house to ensure there were no stray nails or debris remaining. Overall I was impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule my job and the quality of the work. Service: Roof installation

This company has been challenging. We had our roof replaced in 2018. They were great for the quote & most of the install went fine but they left A TON of nails and cigarette butts in the yard. We have little kids here. I had to make them come back to clean up again. There were other issues as well regarding what was promised versus what was delivered which required me to contact management, but they were handled, not well, but they were handled. Since the roof was installed we've had several areas on the ceilings and walls that are showing obvious signs of water damage. Seems to be coming from the roof line. Have had Tittle brothers out twice for it. They insisted both times they addressed the situation & all was good. I'm waiting on my third visit for a brand new spot with, again, obvious water damage coming from somewhere on the roof. We've replaced the windows so it's not related to that. New high efficiency furnace & AC- can't be that. The rooms with the newest damage were repainted after the roof was replaced, including the ceiling. Getting pretty frustrated. Wouldn't use them again.
