They did a wonderful job. The only issue was all my wood was bad and they had to buy 40 pieces of roof sheeting that I was charged $60 apiece for. When I checked the price at Lowes where they purchased it it was $10 apiece so Im a little disappointed that I had to pay $2400, (Actually he discounted it by $200), For new wood when the materials were a little over $400 I understand he has labor costs but thats quite a bit of difference. And I know I check the correct price because a piece fell on my deck and I took a picture of it but other than that the job was great. Service: Roof installation

CHI was fast at coming out to assess out leaking roof problem. They were able to come out and replace our whole roof and garage roof fast and efficient! Even took down a crumbling chimney for us. All of the crew was super nice and courteous. We have 3 dogs and we were super concerned about all the nails and debris being picked up from the yard. They had some crew just cleaning up the whole time and even left a couple guys behind to thoroughly go over our yard with magnets. We were very appreciative of that. We had CHI do our siding and gutters from the very start Bobby was very professional and explained every step of the process. Not only did he get me the product no one else was able to get but he got it fast. He checked with me often to make sure We were completely satisfied with the progress. Then we had Dave and Jay doing the install these two went way above and beyond from wood replacement to hanging new lights back on the house and Garage. I cannot express how good these two gentlemen are at their craft . The house and garage came out better than we ever thought. Keep up the GREAT work CHI it was our pleasure doing business with you.
