Al Pearson & Son Septic Tank Cleaning

I asked them a question online on their website and they chose not to respond at all. Not a good way to run a business by ignoring customers questions.

We called to have our septic tank cleaned. Woman was very rude but ended up telling us tomorrow no time given. Never showed so we called back. Same woman answered phone. Told us we were not on the schedule and tried to say we never called. Very unprofessional. Will never call them again.

Recommended by our plumber, Ive requested an appt online with no response when I called, she answered with the company name then said hello and hung up not giving me a chance to respond. Poor business practice poor customer service will never do business or recommend this place.

If I could give no stars I would. My fiance called this company 2 days prior to coming out and spoke with someone about TAKING A LOOK to see what would need to be done in order to remove our septic tank. Fees, services, etc. were NOT disclosed on the phone, nor did we agree to have any services performed during their visit. The company showed up today and within 5 minutes of being here they began pumping out MAYBE a few inches of water within the tank without prior consent or knowledge of today's "service", just for one of the guys to tell my fiance "just take a sledgehammer and break the top in yourself or we can come back out and do it" AND WE WERE CHARGED $250 for nothing. I find it absolutely shady and HORRIBLE business practice that we were charged for absolutely nothing besides "advice". If services were to be done, even inspection fees, it should have been disclosed prior to their visit. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and basic robbery. Will NOT be using or recommending this company again.
