We had an emergency situation and called dozens of places on a Friday, only to be told Monday at the earliest. Got thru to these guys around 1:45pm that same Friday. Was told they weren't sure if they could fit us but but would see what they could do. They kept in contact over the next couple of hours. They were amazing at fitting us in and the driver arrived around 6:45pm that SAME DAY! He was courteous, knowledgeable and got right down to business. Not to mention, fast! He was pulling out of our driveway no later than 7:15pm! I hope I never have to be in this situation ever again and plan to use this company on a regular basis in the future!

Their family is extremely disrespectful and simply won't take responsibility for their actions and also won't respect others opinions:/ very disappointing

Called and inquired about having my old unused septic tank destroyed. I explained the situation that's it's filled with a little bit of rainwater, but nonetheless I would like someone to come out and take a look at let us know the process for getting it destroyed. I wanted someone to come out and give me a quite/estimate for getting this thing taken care of. The crew that showed up had no idea that I was looking to have it destroyed. They were there to simply pump the tank. But they could come out the next day to destroy it. Or on the weekend if I paid one of the guys cash only (seems legit). Kind of makes you wonder. Why is this crew pumping the tank potentially days before destroying it. It's scheduled to rain which means it's going to fill up again with rainwater. This makes absolutely zero sense. They were in a pretty big hurry to start the pumping process to get that money. This cost me $250 for quite literally 20 seconds of pumping a little bit of rainwater and I still have this old septic tank in my backyard that will be filled up again before tomorrow since it's going to rain.

If I could give no stars I would. My fiance called this company 2 days prior to coming out and spoke with someone about TAKING A LOOK to see what would need to be done in order to remove our septic tank. Fees, services, etc. were NOT disclosed on the phone, nor did we agree to have any services performed during their visit. The company showed up today and within 5 minutes of being here they began pumping out MAYBE a few inches of water within the tank without prior consent or knowledge of today's "service", just for one of the guys to tell my fiance "just take a sledgehammer and break the top in yourself or we can come back out and do it" AND WE WERE CHARGED $250 for nothing. I find it absolutely shady and HORRIBLE business practice that we were charged for absolutely nothing besides "advice". If services were to be done, even inspection fees, it should have been disclosed prior to their visit. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and basic robbery. Will NOT be using or recommending this company again.
