This is not a real location for rentals. This location is an unstaffed parking lot for dropping off a car you rented somewhere else. There is no one to help you, let alone answer the phone. You might as well consider this location non-existent.

Every rental so far has been just a nightmare of problems. Dont get me wrong, the cars are lovely. But services not so much. Charlevoix hertz is a satellite location. Which means they have no employees there. Even tho there is a guy named Carl or something there. Which he is supposed to pick up your car if you select the option to from the airports if your a gold member. But on my recent trip he wasnt there on my day of dropping off the car. So now Im stuck with $300 extra for days I didnt have the car, because I couldnt get ahold of him. When I called the Gaylord office (which no one told me I had to do) was told that I had to call the Gaylord office to have the car picked up.so never renting from them again. They put me through to much trouble for a Car. Every time Ive rented theres always been trouble. It sucks because they are the only place that rents cars in my area.
