Went here to use the ATM in the middle of the night. Deposited money & my card, it spit back some of my bills which is normal so i took them & then the machine proceeded to beep for 40 minutes. Frozen with my card locked in it halfway. Made a police report in case someone took my money or card it the machine decided to magically work again hours later because I couldnt spent the night outside waiting any longer. Woke up to money in my account, which meant my card was probably there for someone to take. I show up 15 min before they open to find my card is gone & a random person walking by had it. I go in as soon as they open, obviously frustrated that this all happened & warned them to fix it asap & make the machine out of order until they do so. 1 lady with short blonde hair rudely chimed in to say we just got here so Lol as if I wasnt aware of that as Ive been waiting all night for them to open to get this problem fixed. Complete lack of concern. As if thats an inconvenience TO HER- or isnt urgent. My money couldve been taken or my card permanently, if I wasnt here to catch the person. The ATMs majority of the time never work as it is. All around such a horrible experience, the lady who I spoke with was polite about it but whoever the other lady is- if youre not a morning person-then dont work a morning shift at a bank.
