Chase Bank

Their phone goes through the "we're going to record you" and "voice will be used" but they never answer the phone. When I say never, I mean they're 0 for 8. The condescending message before hanging up is rude. The horrible entrance doesn't make me want to visit the branch and wait in long lines either.Even something as simple as opening an account means waiting in line, only to be told I needed to make an appointment and come back later.No wonder online banks are doing so well - better online presence and no frustration of trying to deal with people in what's supposed to be a customer service industry.

Incompetent Branch. These guys can screw up the most basic tasks and take a long time to do it. Use the Sashabaw and Maybee Branch instead, they seem to know what they are doing at that location.

Tried to call this branch to speak to someone but they they auto divert you to the central answering system with all the auto options you do not want....no option to speak to someone other than to put in a fake request in the hope that you might get a real person to talk to .I eventually did this after several calls where I was told many times how proud Chase Bank is to help customers, only to be re diverted back to the actual branch where someone picked up.So, there is no way to call the actual branch directly, unless you call their number, get diverted to Chase Central , hope you can get hold of a real person, who will then direct your call back to the branch.How hard is this ???Customer service ???What a complete joke!!!
