I tried canceling my policy and Drew was very rude about it. All good until you no longer need their services then they show who they truly are. Proceed with caution

If you go through Oakland Insurance talk to anyone but Sierra You dont be rude to someone just because they are asking questions about Insurance/Premiums/Coverage/Eligibility/Compliancy/etc. If you arent equipped to appropriately accommodate clients/customers on all spectrums (bad & good) you probably shouldnt be working in customer service. Saying Is there anything else I can help you with? In a disdainful tone because someone is trying to get clarity on information me sensing that attitude and having to say Well, it seems like you dont want to talk to me, so ill just hang up Its honestly really sad. To reiterate if you cant handle ALL mediums of calls and supply information, transparency, and clarity even if its excessive find a different field to work in!!
