Unfortunately, still waiting for resolve since opening a claim in April for a basement flood. The adjuster doesn't respond and funds are not getting released from Farm Bureau, so the contractors are not getting paid and are withholding personal items and not completing install of necessary appliances. Homeowner was forced to stay in the home with NO working/running water for 6 weeks and STILL doesn't have a furnace because the contractors are awaiting payment! I do not recommend using this agency for home owners, because heaven forbid you have a devastation like this policy owner has... they will NOT take care of you.

Been with F.B. for 25 years and I would never change ins. Co. Great rates and when I had damage from plumbing leak they were on it quickly with funds to fix everything
