        Was given a quote for homeowners insurance and I told the agent I did not need auto after he also gave me a separate quote for home & auto bundled. I paid in full and then received another bill for $300 months later and they said oh it's because you did not add auto. I would not have switched to Allstate because my renewal at my old insurance agency was cheaper than what I will now pay with this $300 addition. The owner doesn't care about keeping my business so I will not be renewing.

        Price higher than quoted once insurance was active. Cancelling service after selling vehicle is almost impossible as they dont respond to emails and the chat bot abinay is an automated bot with repeated responses.

      Taylor, we spoke on the phone and you understood why the policy increased. It was because you choose to not insure your autos with Allstate, stating it would be too expensive to insure them in Grosse Pointe woods. I gave you options to reduce the premium amount on your home. I would love to keep your business, but unfortunately, I can't give you a discount that you don't qualify for.
