The lady taking orders was more worried about being interrupted on her phone then helping customers. She didn't smile, wasnt responsive at all and acted as though the customers were an inconvenience to her. It's sad how company's are lacking in customer service in all aspects of the service industry now. It's like everyone is miserable, not happy to be there. The donuts were ok, munchkins were kinda dry at this time of day. Dunkin Donuts and Hollywood Casino can do better then this.

Donuts are a day old and stale. Just order drinks from this location. If you stay at the attached Hollywood Casino Hotel, you can watch them bring the donuts over on a truck around 11:00 pm the night before to sell the next day. Not a place for fresh food.

For a highly trafficked area Im shocked this location and the counter girls are still in business! Thank you for making me feel so bad about you skipping my order, and for saying dont get loud with me when I asked the second time where my coffee was. Im guessing no one has ever called corporate on this location.

I have visit this shop every time I go to Greektown. This is gonna be my last visit because everytime me and my fianc go here the employees are rude and the coffee always taste very bitter. My fianc asked for ice coffee this last visit and the cashier ( the tall one with short hair with blonde in it) gave him hot coffee. He politely asked her to change it because he wanted iced and she decided to be very loud and tell him he ordered hot coffee and she knows what he said. The other cashier was also acting like it was a problem just to change his coffee to iced. I don't even k ow how they stay open with the attitudes they have. Oh and then to top it off he asked for a little more sugar and they made him get the sugar packets of the counter. So we all know you can't put granulated sugar in ice coffee.
