Called for service on a rinnai hot water tank which they installed tech came out thursday spent 3hr diagnosing to tell me he had to order a part,it won't be in into the next Wednesday, same tech came out the next Thursday one week without hot water,he spent another 3 hours at my house before telling me its another part that has to be ordered so i say tomorrow is friday so i have to spend another weekend with out so he put the part in my hand and tell me the office will call tomorrow, so i get a call it's Brian he say we are not honor your warrenty because i flushed my unit without calling a tech,and then gave me a price to come back out,no thanks i had it with incompetent service who want to get paid,at the time of installation they also put in a furnace and ac unit spent alot of money with these people

Ive been calling all day an I keep getting hung up on we spent 10,000$ with them we are trying to get someone out to our home because the tablet lost connection with our furnace so we are without heat an I guess the best they can do is just keep hanging up on me!!!!! Had to call a hotline number an the best they can do is Monday so Im with out heat untill then I would think since they was open today they could come out an fix the tablet they sold us so our heat would work but not the case at all an the tablet was 1,100

I had an old furnace, that needed to be replaced. Randazzo had the best price compared to others. From the initial quote to the installation process, was well worth it. My technician Dominic was 5 excellent. He was passionate, knowledgeable and very professional about the services being provided. I would recommend him everytime.

I have written a review before right after installation.. and gave a glowing one .. however time with Randanzos changes things quickly . First , we were told our generator was so great they used them in the artic .. well 155 hours in and we have a seal leak ..( a couple hours past the warranty ) well the part isnt anything but they want over 800 to fix it and it HAS to be them that fix it or you void the warranty . ( He told us of other customers that it leaked so bad they had to take it completely apart to clean all the oil , so it must be a known issue ) Also .. when they called us to make our apt for warranty maintenance.. we thought they were doing everything we purchased .. ( furnace, air , generator , water heater , electric panel ) but nope just the furnace and air so though we thought the generator was getting serviced it was not nor was it brought up when I made the appointments for service . Which leads me to the real issue . You need to have them come do the oil changes and maintaining on it .. 400 bucks .. but what they neglect to maintain is the software updates . We found out after he was already here and gone doing the maintance we paid over 400 bucks for that oooo thats not covered to have them hook up to their laptop and press update .we only found that out because the generator wasnt working after he maintained it and he had to come back out . But he couldnt fix that issue .. youd have to have another service call .. IF you paid to have them hardwire the internet into it its free and updates on its own , if you dont its 350 bucks to have them plug into it and press a button . , and we are way behind on updates he said . Why a generator needs an update I dont know but we were never even given a option to have them hardwire it in when we spent 30 + grand on everything we had them install . So thats where they get you .. the oh you need this .. oh you need a new battery soon .. 2 years in .. you need a new battery ? 3Oo+ bucks for that.. new service call .. and they have to do it or it voids everything. . The guy out was going to have management call us .. weeks later that never happened nor do I think it was going to do anything . We recommended them to our neighbors after our install and now Im embarrassed we did , I owe them an apology. So buyer beware .. stick with your local family owned companies because though install was great and all the workers are .. this companys business plan is to make sure something goes wrong so you have to give them more money .
