A-1 Comfort Control was absolutely AMAZING. Steve was very personable, knowledgeable and very informative. We had a gas leak in our home and were told to evacuate our home immediately. A-1 answered and quickly had someone out to our home to fix the issue. Steve was able to articulate what the issue was, fixed it and gave us suggestions and solutions to prevent any issues in the future. A-1 is the best in the Detroit Metro Area and I will proudly refer them to all of my family and friends.

We had our hot water heater finally go out on us and start leaking water all over our basement. Steve and Andrew really took great care of us and had a new hot water heater installed only a few hours after I contacted them. Highly recommend them

I contacted Steve in April, 2022 when our city was mandating sprinkler backflow testing. I thought I'd be a good neighbor and coordinate the testing for all the homes in our neighborhood, I worked with Steve's team and we settled on a price and I was to provide him with a list of customers, their addresses and contact information and he would come out and do the testing, I provided them with a list of 60 names. He was delayed with their testing but ultimately came out and did it. Many customers were satisfied with this but for those that needed repairs, many did not ever get completed nor did my testing ever get done. It is now June, 2023 over a year since I originally contacted Steve to complete my testing and I have called his office no less than 30 times in that timeframe. I don't take poor reviews lightly and wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. We still have some upset neighbors whose testing was never submitted and we continue to get notices from the city, even though they paid for the services. All this to tell you to find another company for your backflow testing needs.
