This people show you sometime totally different from what they really can offer. If you pay the application fee , do not accept to pay any advance for security deposit because it won't be refunded if you decide to not start the tenancy. The unit the show is the showroom but the actual unit was oily, dirty, bad smell, and they have security problems.

Personally I was very disappointed by the building, the apartment they show you is not what the actual units look like, my building reeks of smoke even though its supposed to be smoke free. The parking is flooded half the time yet they charge you to park there. My dryer didnt work, my celling leaked water several times, the lights in the hallway dont work, I have a door hinge that is broken and kitchen drawer thats broken and my dryer handle is literally superglued on. I will say the office staff are very nice and helpful and maintenance responds quickly. When I originally signed my lease however there were fees that were not discussed with me. Its just disappointing to pay such a large amount in fees and rent for so many things to be broken.

Renovations are cheap. The main door to the building is non working they wont fix it.the price of rent constantly fluctuates without reason along with extra fees that really dont make sense in the pic below we are charged for water and electricity on this bill thats separate from our dte bill. Also most of the maintenance crew doesnt know what there doing except for one guy that drives around in a ranger he is nice
